Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3 business days.

Shipping Carrier and Cost

• We use UPS for all our shipments.
• We offer free shipping on every order within the USA, no matter the size or destination.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

• As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email.
• This email will include your UPS tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Packaging

• Your desktop computer will be securely packed with an expanded foam block inside the computer housing to secure the graphics card and prevent damage during transit. Please note: You must remove the foam block before using your computer.
• The package will include:
  • The fully assembled desktop computer
  • Any spare parts that came with the original hardware packaging
  • Any stickers or user manuals/documentation that came with the original hardware
  • A power cable

Free Return Shipping

• In the unlikely event that you need to return your computer, we offer free return shipping. Please contact our customer service team for further instructions.
